Only due to a stamp? 

The registration in the city, the tax return, the pension contribution etc, become legalized in one second by a simple stamp, or not. If I can’t register myself in the city, I can’t open a bank account, If I can’t open a bank account, I can’t get a job, If I can’t get a job, I can’t get an apartment, generating a domino effect that leads us slowly into hell. In Germany, the country where I am currently based, as soon as you arrive, a great variety of bureaucratic procedures are waiting us to go through. The majority of these are unknown to the rest of the world since here were devised, and only here exist. The requirements are never ending and many times impossible to achieve pushing the citizens to find alternative solutions.

According to Wikipedia “the concept of «do it yourself» shortened as HUM, HTM or DIY, is the practice of constructing or repairing things by oneself, in this way money is saved, while having fun and learning at the same time.

Can this be an efficient solution to solve my constant bureaucratic problems?
